Refund Policy

At Yachty Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidery, laser engraving, and screen print transfer products. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have established a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:

Custom Orders
All orders are custom-made to the specifications provided by the customer. As these items are personalized, they cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order details, including designs, sizes, quantities, and specifications, are accurate before finalizing the purchase. Yachty Apparel will not be held responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement of the defective or damaged item. This applies to embroidery, laser engraving, and screen print transfers.
Color, Design, and Material Variations
Due to variations in computer screen settings, material textures, and the handmade nature of our embroidery, engraving, and screen printing work, there may be slight differences in color, design, or texture. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours of the order confirmation. After this period, we cannot accommodate any modifications to the order details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours, the production process begins, and we cannot accept cancellations.
